Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has expressed his reaction on 15 August 2020 in regards to the latest diplomatic treaty between United Arab Emirates and Israel.

The recent move of normalizing ties between UAE and Israel has shocked the entire Muslim Ummah. This initiative from United Arab Emirates is similar to stab the Palestinian Muslims from the back. This treaty will cause bad impact in the Muslim world, particularly in the Middle East. While it is time to raise voice for securing rights of the Palestinians, their ideologies and vision and also to protect and preserve the regional peace, security and stability, at that time UAE’s such decision is nothing but a mockery with the Muslim world. Palestine is burning for so many years due to reckless and unjustified activities of Israel.

We are urging the Muslim communities to take stand against Israel and its aggressive policies and simultaneously we are requesting them to suspend all type of diplomatic relationship with Israel.
