A meeting of the implementation committee for the upcoming national seminar titled “The Mass Uprising of July 2024: Expectations, Achievements, and Responsibilities” was held on Tuesday morning, July 29, at the central office of Jamaat-e-Islami. The seminar will also feature the unveiling of the Bangla versions of Volumes 11 and 12 of the book “The Martyrs of the Second Liberation”, as well as the English versions of all twelve volumes. Today's meeting was presided over by the party’s Secretary General and former MP Professor Mia Golam Porwar.

Various aspects of the seminar were discussed in the meeting, and necessary instructions were given to the concerned individuals. It has been decided to install two LED screens—inside and outside the auditorium—and to live stream the event for wider public outreach.

It is worth mentioning that, Insha Allah, the seminar will be held at the auditorium of the National Press Club at 10:00 AM on Friday, August 1. Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman will preside over the event. National leaders and distinguished personalities will participate in the discussion.

The meeting was attended by members of the implementation committee, including Assistant Secretary Generals Maulana Abdul Halim and Adv. Ahsanul Mahboob Zubair, Nayeb-e-Ameer of Dhaka City South Jamaat Adv. Dr. Helal Uddin, Assistant Secretary of Dhaka North City Jamaat Dr. Fakhruddin Manik and Nazim Uddin Molla and Secretary General of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir Nurul Islam Saddam.

The meeting concluded with prayers for the overall success of the seminar and expressions of gratitude to the attendees.
