On Tuesday, May 6, at 10 am, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher exchanged views with Chinese Ambassador to Dhaka Yao Wen at the Chinese Embassy in Dhaka. The discussion was held in a very sincere and cordial atmosphere. During the meet, they discussed the overall issues of the country, including the political situation.

During the discussion, they expressed hope that there would be opportunities to work more closely with the people and governments of the two countries in the coming days and that such mutual dialogue would continue for the sake of interests of the two countries in the coming days.

They also opined that the bilateral friendly relationship, development and progress of Bangladesh and China would be further strengthened in the future.
