Chief advisor of the interim government, Nobel Peace Prize winning economist Dr. Muhammad Yunus and other advisors took the oath at Bangabhaban on 8th August, 2024 Thursday at 9 pm. Leaders of various political parties, chiefs of the three armed forces, important officials of the civil and military administration, officials of private institutions, prominent journalists, columnists, intellectuals, lawyers, engineers, doctors, engineers, poets, writers, researchers and prominent citizens of the country were present at the oath ceremony.

Among others, Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, Nayeb-e-Ameer of Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman, Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher (Former MP), Secretary General and former MP Professor Mia Golam Porwar, Assistant Secretary General Maulana ATM Masum, Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan, Hamidur Rahman Azad (former MP), Maulana Abdul Halim, Advocate Moazzem Hossain Helal, Central Executive Committee Member Saiful Alam Khan Milon, Matiur Rahman Akanda, Central Executive Committee Member and Dhaka south city Ameer Nurul Islam Bulbul and Central Executive Committee member and Dhaka North city Ameer Mohammad Salim Uddin were present on the occasion.
