Members’ conference of Faridpur and Rajbari districts held

Members have to perform maximum sacrifices of their wealth and lives for establishing Islam

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Maulana ANM Shamsul Islam said, our members have to perform maximum sacrifices of their wealth and lives to male Bangladesh a just and welfare state. There is no alternative for a member but acquiring knowledge. Quran, Hadith and Islamic literature to be studied carefully. The members have to know the contemporary politics, economics and other doctrines. He urged the members to practice good manners, well behaviors, to do good deeds and to be refrained from doing misdeeds and also to work for the poor and impoverished people.

He said this while addressing a members’ conference organized by Faridpur and Rajbari districts. Jamaat’s Assistant Secretary General Maulana ATM Masum, Assistant Secretary General Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan, Maulana AHM Hamidur Rahman Azad, and Faridpur region’s team member Professor Abdut Tawab, Shamsul Islam al Barati, Rajbari district Ameer Advocate Nurul Islam and Faridpur district Ameer Maulana Badar Uddin addressed the program. The conference was presided by Jamaat’s central working committee member Mohammad Delwar Hossain.

Maulana ATM Masum said, tests and tribulations may come on the path of Islamic movement. So, we should not be impatient in such adversities. Our Prophet’s (pbuH) life was full of dangers and risks. Inshallah, Islam will be established in this country despite all barriers and obstructions.

Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan said, along with conveying the message of Islam to the outsides, the family members of the Jamaat activists must be made a good follower of Islam.

Hamidur Rahman Azad said, the companions were very sincere about Islam. So, although they were few in numbers but became able to achieve success. Therefore, the members should play pivotal role to establish Islam by replacing all man-made doctrines.
