The young community should come forward to establish an Islamic welfare state, says Dr. Taher

Youth is the biggest blessing in human life. Every young man and woman should cherish it positively. It is the requirement of this age to lead a life as per the directives of Allah and also to remain involved with welfare activities in order to go forward strongly for establishing Islam. It is fact that. The youth community has to face many challenges and obstacles. But despite all those obstructions, they should continue to play their servitude role to Almighty Allah. Islam is becoming flourished now and the youth community should take the lead in this process.

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher said this while addressing a virtual youth conference today. Narshingdi district Jamaat-e-Islami arranged the event to mark International Youth Day.

Narshingdi district Ameer Maulana Mosleh Uddin presided over the conference which was hosted by the district’s youth affairs secretary Mokbul Hossain. Among others, central executive committee member of Jamaat-e-Islami and Dhaka region’s coordinator Saiful Alam Khan Milon, Narayanganj city Jamaat’s Nayeb-e-Ameer Abdul Zabbar, district Secretary Maulana Amzad Hossain and working committee member Jahangir Alam and Mahfuz Bhuiyan addressed the program.

Dr. Taher said youth is the key factor behind global discussion and working strategies. So, many conspiracies are going on to deviate them. The youth should be more careful about Halal and Haram limits. They should not be a burden to others; rather they have to ensure employment for others. Establishing Deen should be their lifelong mission.

Saiful Alam Khan Milon said, the youths had expanded the preaching activities of the Prophet (pbuH) and conducted fighting. They played a crucial role in forming states. Like the companions, the youth of our time should perform a vital role in establishing a peaceful society.

Abdul Zabbar said the time of youth is very important. So, Almighty Allah will enquire separately about this period of time of life. If our youth can lead a life as per the Islamic ideology, then they will be able to pass that challenging exam easily.
