To make the movement successful, there is no alternative but a strong organizational base, says Maulana ATM Masum

Personal capacities and skills are not enough. We have to rely on Allah to achieve His blessings. Dhaka city south is the most important area of the country from a political perspective. So, we have to move forward overcoming lots of challenges. To make the movement successful, there is no alternative but a strong organizational base. Besides, we have to nurture our future generations. To ensure discipline in all social aspects, more ethical individuals are to be produced.

City and central level organizations will be stronger if the thana and ward structure becomes stronger. The Dawah of deen Islam fastens more if it faces a crisis. So, the activists of the Islamic movement should not be frustrated and afraid of obstruction.

He said, Dhaka city south is the most important area of the country. As a leader of this city, it is your moral duty to spread the message of Islam and Iqamat-e-Deen to all. If you can circulate the message of this movement in this city area properly, then it will be spread all over the country naturally. Always keep in mind, that we are residing in the most challenging area. We have to extend social service and welfare to the general masses. But be concerned about arrogance, show off, and provocation. Otherwise, from person to the organization, every stakeholder will suffer badly. No leader should have such vices. We have to continue sincere efforts to meet our obligations and also to be free from punishment on the day of resurrection.

Nurul Islam Bulbul said, amid all other responsibilities and duties, a leader should be always ready to perform organizational duties sincerely. A balance should be made between individual and organizational activities. Besides, we have to gain lots of qualities and capacities. A strong base should be made for a successful revolution. Barriers and obstructions will come in the path of the Islamic movement. But Islam always became victorious by tackling such challenges. Our worldly success and the peace of the hereafter will be ensured if we can conduct our organization based on fear of Allah, talent, wisdom, and good conscience.

Mohammad Selim Uddin said a tyrant, undemocratic and autocratic rule has been imposed upon the nation. To restore democracy, good governance, and discipline, the incumbent undemocratic forces must be dethroned. Otherwise, the nation will not be from fascism’s clutches. Jamaat leaders have to play a pivotal role in this regard.

Abdus Sabur Fakir said Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami is a determined platform to produce ideal and ethical sound people. We should remember that we are not struggling for worldly benefit, rather we work hard to attain reward and salvation in the hereafter. We have no regret for worldly achievement, power, and avarice.

Dr. Shafiqul Islam Masud said if a deed is not done purely and sincerely it will never be accepted. Secretly committed sins destroy people. But secretly performed good deeds make us closer to Allah. As a leader of the Islamic movement, we must try to be pure in intention and have to perform our organizational activities with sincerity and perfection.
