Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has said, “There is no doubt about the massive damage caused by the flood this time. 13 districts of the country are flood affected. 3 more districts are yet to visit. While visiting the flood-affected areas, it was tough to control tears after watching the unbearable sufferings of the victims. Allah bestows tests on someone to assess their patience; it is also a test for his fellow brothers to judge whether he comes in to assist them or not. Jamaat-e-Islami is a victim organization. Around 12 thousand cases have been filed against 13 lakh leaders and activists. However, we did not make a pause. We will be by the side of the oppressed brothers and will be Insha Allah. No one can resist us.
