Professor Mujib visits the road mishap victims in Chapai Nawabganj; provides assistances

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former member of Parliament Professor Mujibur Rahman has visited the victim families who had lost their nearest members in a road mishap in Shakopara area in Shibganj Upazila of Chapai Nawabganj district.

Eight people were killed and seven others injured when a Bhotbhoti, a locally modified vehicle, also carrying rice overturned and plunged into a roadside ditch in Shibganj upazila of Chapainawabganj district. 3 of the injured are still in critical condition. Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former member of Parliament Professor Mujibur Rahman visited the houses of the victim families in Shibganj Upazila of the Chapai Nawabganj district.

He visited the victim families and extended condolences and sympathies towards them. Professor Mujib also visited the graveyards of the deceased. He took information about their relatives and provided financial assistances to their guardians. Professor Mujib prayed to Allah for accepting them as martyrs and also for the families so that they can hold patience and overcome all the shortcomings.

Along with the central leaders, party’s central working committee member and Rajshahi city Ameer Dr. Keramat Ali, central Majlish-e-Shura member and Chapai Nawabganj district Ameer Maulana Abu Zar Ghifaree, Shibganj Upazila Ameer Professor Younus Ali and local union council chairman Professor Tozammel Haque were present at that time.
