Moral and religious educations must be provided to our youths to make a better nation, says Matiur Rahman Akanda
Jessore district East organizational district organized a virtual workshop with the former student leaders on 20th August, 2021. Bangladesh IslamiChhatrashibir’s former central President and Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s central executive committee member Advocate Matiur Rahman Akanda addressed the workshop as the chief guest.
Speaking the program, Advocate Matiur Rahman Akanda said, United States and several other countries have created a suffocating and unhealthy situation worldwide. They had spread indecent and vulgar magazines and journals, films, mobile, pornography, computer, radio and television to destroy the moral character of the youth community. Because they kbow, if the youths become sincere, honest, ethically sound and properly knowledgable, then they will not be able to attain their ill-interest. Despite all of their efforts, the youth sections have resisted their bad endeavors. We are also observing a clear decline of the US monopoly over the world and its notorious dominance. Advocate Akanda further said, our youth is our future. They can make a better world if they are morally sound. They should be given moral and religious education. The sermons of Dawah must be bolstered.
