Central Publicity Secretary of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer has issued the following statement on 4th August, 2017protesting against the false report of Daily Jugantor published in the third page on 3rd August against some Jamaat leaders.

Regarding the report of Daily Jugantor, I clearly want to assert that no meeting of central executive committee of Jamaat-e-Islami held in July month. So whatever is said in the report centering such so called meeting is fabricated and ill intentional.

Earlier in several occasions, Daily Jugantor in the same conducted ill campaign and published false report against Jamaat-e-Islami to mislead people but subsequently failed miserably.

So the fellow citizens of the country would not be confused and misled by such false and untrue news report.
