Kushtia district Jamaat-e-Islami arranged a leadership conference with the leaders of the district and Upazila level leaders. Kushtia district Jamaat Ameer Principal Khandaker AKM Ali Muhsin presided over the program which was hosted by district Secretary Maulana Abul Hashem. Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman attended the program as the chief guest.

Central executive committee member Mubarak Hossain addressed the program as the special guest. Regional team members, district Nayeb-e-Ameer Professor Forhad Hossain and Shahjahan Ali addressed the program.

Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said our life is not for consumption; rather it is made for sacrifice. Islam is for the valiant martyrs like the companion Khabbab (May Allah be pleased with him). Whoever will stand firm, ignoring all barriers and repression, they will be victorious insha Allah.

He further said, we should be active to implement the ideology of the holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon Him). We can attain success by accomplishing the duties of a good preacher. Almighty Allah will not assess our victory; rather He will evaluate our dedication and sincerity in this regard. We should be active about establishing Islam on this land and simultaneously we have to play role like a vanguard to protect country’s independence and sovereignty.

Mubarak Hossain said, for preaching Islam, we should make ourselves as qualified first. We have to dedicate ourselves for serving humanity.

Leadership conference of Meherpur district Jamaat held

While addressing the leadership conference of Meherpur district Jamaat-e-Islami, Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, the leaders should play pivotal role in the social welfare activities. Along with the religious tasks, humanitarian tasks should be prioritized as well. Jamaat should be the trustworthy shelter for the poor an destitute community. We have to extend our helping hand to all houses.

The program was hosted by district Secretary Iqbal Hossain and presided over by district Ameer Maulana Tajuddin Khan. Central executive committee member and zonal coordinator Mubarak Hossain and central organizing secretary Maulana Azizur Rahman addressed the program as the special guests.
