Our motherland is a great blessing for us from Almighty Allah. We have to love this country by all means irrespective our differences. We have to attain the satisfaction of Allah through humanitarian activities. This is why, in addition to secure the Quranic knowledge, we have to achieve worldly skills.

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said this while addressing a training session of the Upazilanad Thana Ameer today. Jamaat-e-Islami Rajshahi region arranged the program.

Ameer-e-Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, we have to be attentive in serving Allah and simultaneously by doing His ibadah with dedication and sincerity. The companions of the Prophet fought the enemies of Islam in several battles with spiritual power. We have to acquire same spiritual power as well. The people of the Northern part of this country are usually pro-Islamic. We have to motivate them in our effort of establishing Islam. A consensus of thoughts must be established among the Islamic parties.

He further said that, we have to be active in the social media to clarify Islam and its position. But while using social media, we must avoid indecency and vulgarism. We have to reply the opponents with decent language and full dignity.

Rajshahi region’s coordinator Principal Shahabuddin presided over the program. Among others, Jamaat’s central organizing Secretary and Rajshahi region’s Assistant coordinator Professor Rafiqul Islam, central working committee member Professor Dr. AbulHashem, central working committee member and Rajshahi city Jamaat Ameer Dr. Maulana Keramat Ali, ChapaiNawabganj district Ameer Maulana Abu Jar Gifaree, Natore district Ameer Dr. Meer Nurul Islam, Rajshahi West and East district Ameer Professor Abdul Khaleq and Rezaur Rahman and the local leaders also addressed the program.
