Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman has issued the following message of condolence on 28th April, 2020 expressing deep shock at the death of National Professor and former advisor to the caretaker government, Professor Jamilur Reza Choudhury.
“The nation has lost a noted researcher, academician, engineer, architect and scientist at the demise of Professor Jamilur Reza Chowdhury. He was an advisor to the caretaker government in 1996. He, in one side, worked profoundly for the education sector, while on the other, he has got involved with various national issues. He will be remembered always through his numerous deeds and activities.
In the condolence message, Jamaat Ameer prayed for the veteran personality saying that ‘May Allah accept all his noble deeds. May Allah bless him with Jannah’.
He also extended deep sympathy to his mournful families and prayed for them so that they can hold patience in this painful period.
