Jamaat leader accompanies the road accident victim families in Jhinaidah; provides financial support
Central Executive Committee member of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Mobarak Hossain visited the houses of the victim families who had lost their family members in a tragic road accident in Shoilokupa Thana of the Jhinaidah district. He went over there on behalf of the Jamaat Ameer. Jamaat’s central organizing secretary Maulana Azizur Rahman, Jhinaidah district Jamaat Ameer Professor Ali Azam and Secretary Abdul Alim and others were present on the occasion.
During the meet, through virtual phone call, Jamaat Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, the losses of this tragic accident can never be fulfilled. It is the duty of the government to take the side of the people during their adversities. But the government has failed to do so. Whereas, Jamaat-e-Islami as an ideological and pro-people Islamic political organization has come forward to help you with its limited capacities. You should not consider these assistances as a pity rather we came here from our moral obligation. We have such welfare activities in the past and will continue in future by the will of Almighty Allah. Ameer-e-Jamaat also prayed to Allah to accept all the deceased victims as martyr and also for quick recovery of the injured.
At that time, Mobarak Hossain extended his sympathy to the victim families and consoled them. He also took information about the ongoing medical treatment of the injured victims. He, on behalf of Jamaat Ameer also handed over financial assistances to them.
