On Sunday, 6 July at 11 AM, a five-member delegation from several countries paid a courtesy visit to Ameer-e-Jamaat Dr. Shafiqur Rahman at the central office of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. The meeting was held in a very cordial and friendly atmosphere.

The delegation included Dr. Sayyed Azman bin Sayyed Ahmad Nawawi, Chairman of the Asian Forum for Peace and Development; His Excellency Muhammad Suhada Othman, the Honorable High Commissioner of Malaysia in Dhaka; Dr. Mahmoud El Abiary, a renowned Islamic personality from the United Kingdom, Dr. H. Jazuli Juwaini, Central Committee Member of the Asian Forum for Peace and Development and the Justice and Development Front; and Muhammad Faiz bin Md Nawi, Coordinator of the Asian Forum for Peace and Development.

Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Nayeb-e-Ameer and former MP Professor Mujibur Rahman, former MP Dr. Syed Abdullah Mohammad Taher, former MP Maulana ANM Shamsul Islam, Assistant Secretary General and Head of the Central Media and Publicity Department Advocate Ahsanul Mahboob Zubair, and Professor Saifullah Mansur, President of the Islamic Dawah Circle Malaysia were present during the meet.
