Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami's Acting Secretary General Maulana ATM Masum has issued the following statement on 17th December 2022 deferring new date of declared programs as a part of the simultaneous movement.

According to newly declared schedule, mass processions will be nationwide on 24th December to press home the 10-point demands. Only in capital Dhaka, the mass procession will be held on 30th December Insha Allah. I am seeking the cooperation from the countrymen to make the declared programs successful.
