Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said that the Bangladesh Islami Chhatri Shangstha should play a leading role in shaping the moral character of the students by playing a positive role in the student arena. Just as it has to achieve excellence awards in the academic field, it has to achieve excellence in ethics and values as well.
Jamaat Ameer said these things in the inaugural session of the annual member conference organized by the Bangladesh Islami Chhatri Shangstha Students at the Shaheed Abdul Malek Auditorium of Ta'mirul Kamil Madrasa at 8 am on December 25. Central President of the organization Dr. Tahsina Fatima presided over the meeting.
Jamaat Ameer also said that the influence of the mother on the child is very great. For this reason, much importance has been given to the dignity of the mother in the Quran and Sunnah. The dignity of the mother as mentioned in the Quran must be well established. We must give priority to maintaining this place of honor of our mothers.
He said that parents and guardians pay more attention to their daughters to save them from troubles. Therefore, attention should be paid to keeping our guardians free from such tension. For this, attention should be paid to the students to complete their daily work including studies on time and as usual.
Giving advice on making organizational work dynamic and easy to understand, he said that all organizational activities including the report system of the student organization should be presented in a way that is suitable for the student community.
Secretary General of Jamaat-e-Islami and former MP Professor Mia Golam Porwar and Assistant Secretary General Maulana Abdul Halim spoke as special guests at the conference.
