Former Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and ex-minister Shaheed Ali Ahsan Mohammad Mujahid alleged that though there are huge scopes for the government to uphold the bad affects and disadvantages of controversial Tipaimukh dam at global level, but they failed to do so miserably. As if they are trying to conceal the wrongdoings of the Indian part. He also alleged that the government is closing the activities of those political parties and newspapers which are trying to reflect public views and opinions. The authority is obstructing the dissident parties to hold meetings and processions.
