Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, we have to work for religion with sincerity, similarly we have to fulfill the organizational responsibilities assigned to us correctly. We want to take Islam, not Jamaat, to power. If a just state is established in accordance with the lessons and spirit of Islam, everyone, regardless of gender, will get equal security like the state in Medina. If mothers are educated, the nation will be educated. However, that education must be in the name of Allah, the Lord of the Worlds. He said, we have to fall into prostration and seek help from Allah with tears. We want help from Allah. Our desire is to bring every person under the shade of Islam.

The Ameer-e-Jamaat also said, the responsibility of the believers is to fulfill the rights of their neighbors. We are the slaves of Allah; this is our identity. Addressing the party leaders, he further said that, you have to manage people with proper understanding. If someone from the organization commits a crime, they will be judged according to the level of the crime. The individual will guard himself, while the organization will guard everyone. The Ameer-e-Jamaat emphasized on increasing communication and strengthening relations between all Islamic parties and forces.

He said that the people's love and trust in us have increased due to the blood of martyred leaders, tears of the oppressed and the sacrifices of the leaders and activists. He instructed the organization's manpower to increase their study of all intellectual subjects including the Quran and Hadith and also to increase their relationship and time with their families.

He said these while addressing as the chief guest on the concluding day of the two-day training camp organized by the Rangpur-Dinajpur region of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami. Assistant Secretary General and Rangpur-Dinajpur Regional coordinator Maulana Abdul Halim and Assistant Secretary General Maulana Muhammad Shahjahan presented thematic discussions at the training camp organized in Syedpur under Nilphamari district. Central Working Committee Member and Rangpur-Dinajpur Regional Assistant coordinator Principal Maulana Momtaz Uddin presided over the event. Among others, Jamaat's Central Working Committee Member and Regional Team Member Professor Mahbubur Rahman Belal, Regional Team Member Muhammad Abdur Rashid and current and former District Ameers of Rangpur-Dinajpur region were present on the occasion.

Maulana Abdul Halim said, our behavior in personal, and family, organizational and social life should be beautiful and clean. Good behavior makes the leaders more acceptable to the organization's manpower and the general masses.

Maulana Muhammad Shahjahan said, everything of the organization's manpower should be oriented towards the life Hereafter. Unit organization plays the most important role in achieving organizational strength. Success must be achieved by achieving organizational strength and increasing public support.
