Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami’s Ameer Dr. Shafiqur Rahman went to see ailed central working committee member of the party and former lawmaker Principal Maulana Farid Uddin Chowdhury at his house in Sylhet today.

At that time Jamaat Ameer prayed to Allah saying, O Allah, the Owner of the great Arsh, please send your mercy and blessing to your servant. O Allah, forgive him, bless him with the bounties of sickness, and bless him with long life.

It should be mentioned that Principal Maulana Farid Uddin Chowdhury has been suffering from critical diseases. He has received treatment in various hospitals and now he is undergoing treatment in his home.

At that time, Sylhet city Jamaat Ameer Muhammad Fakhrul Islam, Sylhet north district Ameer Maulana Anwar Hossain Khan, Sylhet south district assistant secretary and Fenchuganj Upazila council’s former chairman Saifullah Al Hossain accompanied the Jamaat Ameer.
