Assistant Secretary General of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami and Head of the Central Publicity and Media Department, Advocate Ahsanul Mahboob Zubair, visited the residence of Daily Sangram’s Chief Reporter Shamsul Arefin on Sunday (31 August) at 5:30 PM to inquire about his treatment and physical condition.

It is to be noted that on 29 August (Thursday), Shamsul Arefin suffered a heart attack, and a blockage was detected in his heart. He was immediately given a stent. He is currently under medical treatment.

At the time, members of the Central Publicity Department of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami including Ali Ahmad, Mujibul Alam, Abdul Alim, and Zahirul Islam were present.
